Gastritis is a disease that can become chronic if the lining of the stomach passes months or years inflamed. This situation can cause nausea and vomiting, lack of appetite, pain in the upper part of the belly, black stools, and even vomiting with blood that looks like ground coffee.

Gastritis may develop over time due to medications such as acetylsalicylic acid (aspirin), ibuprofen or naproxen, excessive alcohol or cocaine use, stomach infection with a bacterium called Helicobacter pylori, autoimmune disorders –such as pernicious anemia–, biliary reflux, extreme stress, viral infection, such as cytomegalovirus and herpes simplex virus, kidney failure, etc.

Lemon Water:

Once you drink it, the stomach will detect heartburn and stop producing gastric juices that cause stomach pain. Lemon acid, once it becomes alkaline, helps heal wounds from ulcers.

Linseed tea:

It serves several conditions of the digestive system, so it is enough to add a tablespoon of linseed to a glass of water and let stand for 12 hours, pour in and drink the infusion.

Raw potato:

With half a peeled and ground potato, soak it in half a glass of water; in the morning, soak the infusion and drink the water on an empty stomach.

Coconut water:

Flax and barley:

Linseed or flax flour is very softening and relieves the discomfort of gastritis. Pour a tablespoon of linseed into a glass of water and let it rest for 12 hours; squeeze and drink. And also try barley water, these seeds and the same process.

Juices and smoothies fruit:
